Service Engineer

I. Responsibilities  

  • Provide post-sales / support services to the customer included by not limited to the project implementation, operation and maintenance support of the networking equipment;
  • Handle daily customer queries;
  • Interact with customers and vendor to troubleshoot and resolve the technical issues;
  • Provide 24x7 stand-by emergency support services to customers.

 

II. Requirements  

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or IT related equivalent;
  • 1-2 years’ Experience of installation and technical support on firewall, routers and switches;
  • Knowledge on TCP/IP, routing and IEEE 802.11 wireless networking preferred;
  • Has relevant vendors' certification in networking or security products will be an advantage;
  • Good interpersonal, presentation & problem solving skills;
  • Initiative, willing to learn and hardworking;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred;
  • Fresh graduates / Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Engineer.
