Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for installation work orders;
  • Responsible for order management including order dispatching, incomplete order follow up, order status & equipment record updating;
  • Prepare order status tracking report & Hotline daily record for management analysis;
  • Co-ordinate with internal team to facilitate smooth & on-time service delivery.
  • 接聽內部熱線,記錄其要求及將資料輸入電腦;
  • 與維修站聯系安排維修及跟進事件;
  • 處理有關文書工作

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 / HKDES graduate;
  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service;
  • Work experience in Telecommunication Industry is highly preferred;
  • Able to read & write both English & Chinese;
  • Computer Literacy;
  • Shift duty is required.
