Service Leader, Fire and Security Service
What you will do
The candidate will be managing the Fire and Security Services business of the company and corresponding teams in Hong Kong and Macau. This role is expected to deliver superb maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for Fire and Security System.
How you will do it
- Set and execute strategies to grow Fire and Security Service business
- Achieve annual secured order, revenue and margin target in accordance with Company's objectives and direction

Manage service teams to provide
- Preventive maintenance services and repair work for systems at customer sites
- Testing and commissioning of systems installed by others and
- Retrofit work including turnkey installation
- Coordinate with Sales team to prepare maintenance, repair and retrofit proposal and tender
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships with professional knowledge and excellent service quality
- Handle customer complains and direct service managers to resolve issues
- Manage subcontractors to achieve healthy partnership
- Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customer
- Strengthen relationships with customers to secure more orders
- Ensure teams adhering to the compliance of EHS, Ethics Code and Company Policies in all work sites
What we look for
Required
- Degree holder in Building Services or engineering related disciplines
- Minimum 20 years' Fire & Security service experience, of which at least 10 years at managerial level
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in Fire & Security Systems
- Experience in tracking performance of service team
- Competency in project planning and have strong leadership skills
Preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Ability to travel, learn and train up the others
- Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability
- Independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Prior experience with Government Fire & Security Service Contracts is a plus
