Job Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for assisting Training Manager in all training activities which include indentifying training needs
  • To assist Training Manager in planning, implementing, evaluating and getting feedback of all training courses
  • To create and ensure greater awareness of training to enhance customer delight and employee development

Job Requirements

  • Outgoing and creative; strong communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in relevant industry
  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Training, Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
