Service Management Centre – IT/ Console Management support

PCCW Solutions Ltd

The Job:

  • Perform remote console management support
  • Monitor system messages and batch jobs
  • Ensure failure jobs are properly logged in the IT Service Management system
  • Call relevant support according to the nature of the incidents
  • Update IT Service Management system on actions taken.
  • Re-run failure jobs after problem is fixed.
  • Adhere to Service Management Centre Security Policy guideline.

The Person:

  • Holder of Higher Diploma or above in IT/ Computer Science or related disciplines. Possess basic operation knowledge in Windows and basic PC Skills.
  • Knowledge of Unix / Network is preferred
  • A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Shift duty is required
