Service Manager (Aftersales )

Responsibilities

  • Lead service teams and manage daily operations of service center
  • On-going improve and streamline operation processes
  • Ensure Channel Partner Service Infrastructure and readiness for new product launches
  • Supervise team performance and analyze contractor/ partner performance to ensure the provision of excellent aftersales experience to customer
  • Monitor field issues and report to Function Leader
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide recommendation timely
  • Plan the allocation of resources to maintain high service level and to achieve company objectives
  • Actively involve in staff coaching and development

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in after sales, spare parts & network development in the Automotive Industry with at least 3 years of management experience
  • A Bachelors Degree in a Technical / Engineering field
  • Strong in both verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong technical background and awareness of relevant local compliance & regulations
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Manager
