Service Manager (Global Key Clients)

Our clients, the leading  IT service companies, has expanded its presence in Hong Kong and APAC. It is serving key clients from banking, retails and government & public sectors. Due to the business expansion, they are now looking for a Project/ Service Manager to support and maintain the IT infrastructure projects


  • Manage and provide support on sizable scale projects
  • Assist the project phases, the infrastructure with tracking the progress with engineers (repairing and checking) and meet SLA
  • Hands-on in maintaining and ensuring Windows, Cisco, Oracle, Middleware, and Linux server compliance
  • Expertise and skilled in solving networking, security, electronics, data center, storage, backup solution and information technology problem
  • Good experience in vendor management, project plan & rollout
  • Establish and maintain appropriate and effective communication with various business levels’ users and third parties
  • Directly report to IT Director,  and participate in the ad-hoc assignment 


  • Degree holders and above in computing, Electronic Engineering, IT management & related discipline
  • Over 10+ years solid experience in IT infrastructure project design and development, service managing or vendor/ SLA projects  management
  • Preferably experience gained from sizable firm or large scale of project, ITIL, technical systems, security and related products features
  • ITIL or PMP holder are preferable, but not necessary
  • Excellent ability to present in a way in both business communication and technical informative to various clients
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of responsibility and details minded
