Our client is a Listed Telecom Solutions Provider, they are looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Service Level Agreement(SLA) and ensure commitments made are effectively communicated and carried out by operational/functional parties
  • Familiar with existing account management, including client requirement gathering, proposal design and tender presentation
  • Establish close and long term relationship with partners from management to operational
  • Handle management assigned projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of Telecommunications experience(less experience will consider as Junior position)
  • Excellent skills in project management, operational procedures, mediations
  • Customer oriented, ability to demonstrate a strong capacity to communicate, analyze and make proposals
  • Ability to work with the internal and external personnel with tact and judgement
  • Professional certificate holder will be advantage (e.g. CCNA, JNCIA)
