This position will provide full range of customer service support for our end-users (shoppers with a Cashback Card) and able to clarify and handle shopper’s concerns in order to provide best shopping experience. You will support customer enquires in areas of product, process and knowledge (include but not limited to technical problem solving, payment processing, inbound calls and trainings) as well as support marketing activities.
Secondly, this position will provide support of customer service to our Merchants especially on the concerns of how to use the Loyalty Program from Merchant perspective.Provide direct and problem solving solutions (include but not limited to technical problem solving, payment processing, inbound calls) to Merchants to enhance professional business experience.
Taking inbound calls and webchat activities
Handle client requests, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure completion in a professional manner
Provide prompt response for incoming emails
Order processing and new member registration
Provide support in administration duties
Actively maintain client information up-to-date
Merchant handling (New Merchants registration)
Assist promotion activities, materials and follow up actions
Any ad-hoc projects that could be assigned
Degree holder with a min 2 year experience in Customer Service role
Fluent in written and spoken English
Client serving mind set with a touch of creativity
Fast learner, attention to details, prioritize work
High level of communication, interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with people at all levels
Comfortable to work in a small team
Well skilled in computer applications and proficient in MS
Adaptability & able to think out of the box
able to work under pressure
