Service Resilience Manager - HSBC Operations, Services and Technology

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Service Resilience Manager.

In this role, you will

  • Manage the governance processes and system to improve the effectiveness of controls under DCSR
  • Provide consultancy on compliance regarding DCSR standards and guidelines
  • Track service compliance and produce reports and management information
  • Support management on planning and governance activities of the function

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • University graduate in computer science or a related discipline
  • Exposure in various IT domains and platforms
  • Experience on planning and governance disciplines including cost management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to cope with different work cultures across regions or countries
  • Sensitive to business, regulatory and operational requirements
