Responsibilities: waiter member of a team of 6 people for a Wine Bistro on Hong Kong Island.
o Welcoming customers and taking their orders
o Serving dishes and attending to customers’ needs
o Cleaning tables and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the service
o Assist sommelier during service hours
Full time staff will be required to work an average of 5 days a week based on a pre-agreed shift pattern. Working hours: 1 day split shift ONLY, 4 days straight shift.
