Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate daily maintenance orders & assign to field Technicians via system
  • Provide support to field Technicians for trouble-shooting and order support
  • Monitor order progressing and act as gatekeeper to screen work result / report from contractors, identify and follow up result as to achieve completion of orders

Requirement:

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate
  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or sales coordination
  • Work experience in Telecommunication Industry is highly preferred
  • Able to read & write both English & Chinese
  • Computer Literacy
  • Shift duty is required
