  • Responsible for assigned floors , guest rooms during shift.
  • Work closely with the Service Department to ensure correct room status at all times.
  • Inspect regularly guestroom corridors and public areas and check all guest rooms ensure highest standard of cleaning of them.
  • Responsible for strict key control.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to Property Department.
  • Ensure compliance of Lost & Found procedures.
  • Keep floor linen rooms neat and tidy.
  • Monitor productivity of the unit.
  • Assist with team member training and development.
  • Provide one to one instruction to team member members when required.
  • Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
  • Promote the hotel and Hilton products and services.


  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Dipolma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Previous hotel opening experience will be an advantage.
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Floor Supervisor.
