Service Technician

Reda Technology Limited

Major Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support, troubleshooting maintenance to security systems
  • To be responsible for the maintenance services of Access Control, Burglar Alarm, CCTV systems
  • To attend emergency call out service as requested by customer
  • To report outstanding tasks, follow up customer issues and problems solving
  • To demonstrate system operational procedures
  • To provide technical advice to customers for any system upgrade, alternation, additional and improvement works

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certificate in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
  • One year relevant working experience
  • Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Less experience and qualification will be considered as Technician. Attractive compensation and benefits packages will be offered to the right candidate.
