The Power Solutions Advisor will report to the VP Power Solutions Business Development with a dotted line to the Senior Director Power Solutions Services and will own the deployment and execution of the Power Advisor Digitised Service plan offer for the assigned territories and, where necessary, will drive country specific adaptations in conjunction with the Line of Business for technical delivery and services.


You will be accountable for the delivery and industrialization of processes of Power Advisor Digitized Services through:

  • Provide business development direction and coaching to drive a high performing service culture built around the Power Advisor Digitized Service plan offer and Service revenue pull through in the allocated region(s)
  • Bring and promote deep Services offer, soft skills and customer focused mindset.
  • Drive Countries and their Critical Power EcoXperts to collect high quality records of their Installed Base.
  • Build Services business development plans with Countries and their Critical Power EcoXperts to convert Installed Base to Power Advisor Digitized Service plans and manage / report the service pipeline in target countries
  • Build Installed Base campaigns with Countries to target / leverage offers such as upgrade to the latest PME/PSO versions
  • Review and drive implementation plans for countries and providing guidance and cadence where required
  • Drive prescription of services and attachment rate on new projects
  • Prepare and share customer success stories.
  • Provide targeted/custom training to countries and partners in Services and offers as needed to help them build critical mass
  • Provide expert pre-sales support to the sales force on Power Solutions offer portfolio. Create value and differentiation by providing system & architecture expertise.
  • Bring to Line of Business the voice of customer and technical evaluation of customer needs by segment, in order to make offer roadmap more attractive and differentiating.
  • Contribute and support animation to the Power Solutions Exchange Community.
  • Assess / develop competencies of operations and Critical Power EcoXperts to the required level. Provide/coordinate targeted/custom training as required
  • Reporting internal and customer KPI metrics for the success of Power Advisor in the services space (recurrent services)


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in providing service offers either commercial or in a specific region
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree holder
  • Extensive experience and expertise in commercial aspects of service sales / end user engagement
  • Customer and Electrical Engineering / network application knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge of customer and marketing intelligence
  • Strong and passionate in engaging communicator at all levels and customer facing
  • Proven ability to influence and convince key stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in Offer management and operational marketing
  • Have a background in transactional sales
  • Project Management and Issue Resolution Skills
  • Action driven and result oriented
  • International work experience across multiple geographies is a plus
  • Open to travel as needed
