Services Coordinator (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Information Technology Services (ITS) (Ref.: 494141) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' work experience in communication, marketing and customer relations in the service industries. They should have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; and good knowledge of IT and software applications. They should also be self-motivated, attentive to details, and multi-task orientated.

The appointee will perform the following and other duties as assigned:

  • promoting and communicating the initiatives, projects and services of ITS to the University community;
  • managing the production and effective dissemination of promotional materials and event correspondence such as newsletters and annual report;
  • organizing communication, promotion and marketing activities for ITS;
  • implementing changes to effectively generate participation and user engagement;
  • liaising with relevant offices and stakeholders to facilitate their understanding of the IT services and raise the profile of ITS.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
