Reporting to the Services Operations Supervisor, your major duties will include:
Handle guest enquiries and comments via hotline, email and social media platforms
Perform Live Broadcasting
Provide administrative supports to Services Operations Supervisor – Guest Relations
Perform ad hoc and operational duties including sales of tickets if required
Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years' guest services experience. Prior experience in theme park or hospitality is preferred
Working experience in call centre is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
Proficiency in computer literacy and Chinese word processing
Roster shift duty is required
