Servicing Officer - Corporate AC
Job MatcherResponsibilities:
- Assist the Relationship Manager (Marketing) in handling customer's service
- Handle corporate customer's AC opening / KYC docments
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers
- Provide telephone enquiries/information/service confirmation to customers
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 year relevant experience in banking industry
- Demonstrate professionalism, competence & discipline at work
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
- Fresh university graduate with finance will also be considered
