Settlement Manager

Settlement Manager
  • University Degree holder or above
  • At least 5 years settlement experience in brokerage firm
  • Good knowledge on securities market
  • Able to handle full settlement process and familiar with CCASS and
DCASS operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good knowledge in SFC and HKEx rules and regulations
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferable
Job Duties:
  • Handle daily transaction settlements and prepare settlement reports
including Hong Kong and Overseas markets
  • Ensure all settlement instructions are timely and efficiently executed
  • Handle daily settlement instructions
  • Perform stock holding reconciliation
  • Handle accounts and settlement services request from clients such as
attending to client's enquiry in person or on phone or email
  • May need to visit CCASS office, bank or client's office if required
  • Liaise with account departments and RO
  • Communicate with internal and external parties effectively
  • Participate in system development projects
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as the company require
