SETTLEMENT OFFICER / ASSISTANT (5 DAYS)

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or Diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience in performing daily settlement
activities
  • Self-initiative with strong problem solving skill and capable of
driving change
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Settlement System
  • Hardworking and willing to take up responsibilities with good team
spirit
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work under high pressure and time constraint due to short
settlement cycles / tight deadlines

Job Duties:
  • Handle physical, CCASS and DCASS settlement
  • Liaise with brokers, in-house counterparties / client services to
follow up any settlement related issues
  • Perform daily reconciliation and investigate any entitled holdings
discrepancies and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Check and act on customer enquiries and initiate follow-up actions
  • Collect and allocate various corporate actions entitlements to clients
  • Perform day-to-day office administrative support
  • Monitor office supplies and replenishment
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects
