Settlement Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily transaction settlement for equities and futures market
  • Prepare settlement reports and statements
  • Responsible for Account Opening and relevant documentation
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, such as data input and document filing
  • Liaise with relevant parties to follow up any settlement related issues and enquiries
  • Assist on ad hoc projects and reports
  • Candidate be able to work on HK public holidays is preferable

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 3 years settlement experience in securities settlement operations
  • With Futures experience is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of securities market
  • Familiar with CCASS operational
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibilities
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
