Settlement Officer/Senior Officer

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Handle daily settlement operations (Daily processing, CA, Physical certificates, Stock and cash management, Trade and stock reconciliation)
- Handle system fixing and enhancement
- Knowledge in CCASS operations
- Handle MR and System UAT test
- Able to study and know the market changes and update, hence could escalate to Management
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience on settlement (experience in Hong Kong and US Markets is preferable )
- Good team player
- Good sense of potential risk / operation fault / system bugs / system fault
- Able to establish new workflow and draft SOP will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English
