Shift | Service Support Coordinator | over 18K up


Our client is providing global business to business logistics solutions company in Hong Kong and they are now looking for the talents with an experienced as airfreight service support to join their Time Critical Service. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to clients with the best end-to-end airfreight solutions and services
  • Liaise with internal/external parties, include airlines, agents, clients and inter-offices
  • Give out quotation and delivery service for major worldwide couriers
  • Day to day operational planning and coordination with agents and clients 
  • Coordinate and liaise ticket, cargo booking for all logistic service worldwide 
  • Maintain accurate documentations, records and files for billing purpose 
  • Global team support and reporting with branch offices and agencies globally 


Job Requirements:

  • Obtained degree or above in shipping, logistics or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of working experience in 24/7 services center as services support or Airfreight forwarding field
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Creative thinking and able to propose different solutions if required
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken


Additional Information: 

  • 6 continuous working days
  • 07:45 – 16:45 / 14:30 – 23:30 / 23:00 – 08:00
  • Shift duty is required (including Sundays or Public Holidays / Overnight Shifts)
