SHIPPING AND ADMIN CLERK (5 days work)

  • Handle shipment, full set I/E shipping documents and tradelink delcaration
  • Min. 3 years of working exp. in shipping, preferably with experience in administration
  • Communicate with overseas vendors and forwarders for shipment arrangement
  • Must be flexible & able to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, independent, and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned
  • Must be fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Good communication skills & well-presented
  • Immediate available is highly preferable.
