Shipping and Administrative Assistant

Shipping Support:

• Coordinate with vendors and forwarders to ensure shipment arrangement and documentation arrangement on time.
• Document checking and coordinate between internal departments and vendors to ensure shipping documents are correct and sufficient for customs clearance and payment purpose.
• Prepare and follow up the invoicing (sample and bulk garment) and full set of shipping documents to customers
• Responsible for shipping data entry and report preparation

Administrative Support:

• To assist in managing the full spectrum of office administration including office management, procurement, office and workstation planning, repair, maintenance, and reception services
• Responsible to handle and distribute parcels and pick up the phone and support reception duties
• Ensure sufficient office, pantry groceries supplies, and support pantry work

Requirement:

• Secondary school graduate or above
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Shipping and/or Admin fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Hands on with Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and Tradelink, etc.
• Self-motivated, willing to work overtime, capable to work under pressure, being a good team player.
• Immediate available is preferable
