Shipping Clerk and Coordinator (Temporary) – Five-Day Work

Job Description:

  • Liaise with forwarders/ customers/ vendors to maintain smooth operation for shipment and orders
  • Handle simple accounting and administration duties
  • Handle ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • F.6 or diploma or above with at least 3 years related working experience
  • Able to handle full sets of I/E shipping documents
  • Experience in import China shipment is an advantage
  • Familiar with PRC transshipment & customs declaration is an advantage
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge include MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Precise and efficient communication in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • Multi-tasked, self-motivated, well-organized, high discipline, detail-minded and responsible
  • Immediate available is preferred
