Responsibilities

  • Follow up the order confirmation
  • Monitor Production/Inspection time and shipment arrangement
  • Data entry of shipment
  • Database management (Data input in Apex, master file, SOP and COC management)
  • Assist merchandiser for showroom management and sample handling and input sourcing data in system

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic aspects of Export procedures, logistics and transportation
  • Ability with Documents management
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • IT literate (Excel / Word / Powerpoint)
