Shipping Clerk / Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling of sales and daily operations (Sales order, DN, INV)
  • Assist team to handle full set of I/E documents
  • Assist team to handle all shipping arrangements with warehouse, factory, courier and forwarder
  • Trade link declaration
  • General input data to ERP system

Requirements:

  • F.5 up to Tertiary
  • At least 1 year related experience in Export or Manufacturing field
  • Fresh graduate with excellent attitude will also be considered
  • Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese & English is an advantage
  • Skillful in Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing is A MUST
  • Experience in ERP is a definite advantage.
  • Detail mined, proactive attitude, well organized, good communication
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
