Shipping Clerk

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle full set of I/E, Trade link and banking documents independently
  • Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders and customers for shipping and accounting arrangement
  • Carry out import and export L/C items, shipping documents, negotiation schedule and collections B/L and payment
  • Input data entry
  • Handle ad hoc and clerical assignment

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • F. 5 graduate or above with 2 years shipping experience
  • Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and work independently
  • Proficient in written and spoken in English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Willing to overtime working
  • Immediate available is preferrable
