To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for high caliber professionals to join our Scientific Solutions Division in our Hong Kong Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:

  • To handle full set of shipping documents independently
  • To handle customs declaration, order entry and processing, invoicing, etc.
  • To coordinate all logistics activities effectively with internal parties, vendors and forwarders
  • To follow up shipment booking and closely monitor delivery schedule
  • To assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in logistics / supply chain management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trading or shipping companies, with solid knowledge of shipping procedures including Import & Export documents, customs declaration, order entry and processing, invoicing etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, knowledge of trade link, SAP is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Responsible, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure, with positive working attitude as a good team player
