  1. Prepare for production readiness on information from client.
  2. Email communication with client Purchase Order placed.
  3. Responsible for monitoring on production and report delay to senior supervisor.
  4. Arrangement shipment / logistic arrangement for completed product.
  5. Provide feedback from client to production team on quality control issues.
  6. Response to client’s comment and follow up.
  7. Process of clerical works.


  1. Form 5 or above, degree holder will be advantageous.
  2. Minimum of 2 years working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry in China.
  3. Good spoken command in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, and writing skills in Chinese and English.
  4. Confidentiality and discretion.
  5. Proactive and able to work under pressure.
