Main duties:

  • Handle shipping account for export including shipment plan, shipping report etc.
  • Export documentation such as O/A, D/A, L/C etc.
  • Email and correspondence for internal and external parties regarding shipping issues
  • Outbound functions (shipping/billing) by using SAP system

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate/fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good in written English
  • Advance level of MS Excel (Use of Pivot Table etc.)
  • Knowledge in SAP system is preferable
  • 1 year working experience preferrable
