Shipping Clerk
Responsibilities :
- Arrange shipment also to support the urgent shipment inquiries and make sure orders are delivered on time
- Coordinate all transportation issues including sea, air freight forwarding, and courier, truck arrangement
- Preparation of full set I/E & L/C documents
- Verify the forwarder/courier invoices for any abnormal charge
- Handle import/export declaration, scan shipping documents
- Support the warehouse for data entry activities if needed
- Willing to accept the ad-hoc tasks
Requirements :
- Work over-time may be required.
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Experience in using Tradlink would be great
