Data input and posting of purchase & sales invoice
Coordinate and monitor shipments with factories, forwarders and internal customers.
Handle shipment booking, full set of shipping documents
Communicate with supplier and factory
Responsible for ordering, sourcing, order processing, production tracking, inspection arrangement and shipping document preparation
Perform general office administrative and operation works
Co-ordinate with departments and supplier in the purchasing process
Handle import & export declaration
Assist in ad hoc tasks
F.5 or above with working experience in trading company.
Proficient in MS office.
Detail-oriented, organized, sense of responsibility and independent.
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Able to work independently under pressure
