Responsibilities :

  • Must able to process PO, PI, L/C, D/A, I/E shipping documents, daily report independently & attentively
  • Follow up orders, shipments and enquiries
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements :

  • F.5 graduate or above
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international trade and well knowledge in handling LC documents
  • Proficient in MS office Applications with knowledge in SAP system is preferred
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
  • Mature with positive working attitude as a good team player
  • A Self-Starter, Flexible, Independent, Challenging, Self-motivated
  • Hard-Working, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • With Bank experience in bills department is advantage.
  • Working location : Lai Chi Kok
