Shipping/Logistices Manager (E-commerce)
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers and vendors on a daily basis, checking all applicable documentations are in place and are fully compliant with International Import regulations.
  • Anticipate, identify and resolve problems that could delay the release or movement of shipments ensuring Government/Customs compliance is adhered to for all markets.
  • Provide Import Clearance Instructions to Carriers.
  • Preparation of costing reporting for management.
  • As first level problem solver / customer service support for sales and buyers.
  • Review existing shipping processes and reports, participate on process streamline initiative and develop standard operating procedures.
  • Manage the transportation cost of day to day import, export and return activities in and out of a global Hub as well as internal transfer across a number of overseas warehouses.
  • Monitor the performance and productivity of the Distribution Team
  • Ensure the achievement of KPIs
  • Proactively work to identify improvement opportunities, effectively apply any changes to warehouse processes and design in order to achieve improvements in operational performance.
  • Degree holder in Logistics/ Shipping/ Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Understanding of Inport and Export documentations and procedures
  • Highly organized, efficient, and customer-driven, with a detail-oriented and methodical mindset
  • Possessing ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions
  • Flexible, Able to multi task and priorities heavy workload, and to work under tight deadlines
  • Good team-player with excellent work ethic and integrity
  • Possessing a sound working knowledge of International Customs laws/regulations and export compliance policies, documentation and processes, is a definite plus

Working Area: Fanling

Working Hour: 09:30AM to 18:30PM

(Friday work per week, shift between Mon-Sat)
