Shop Manager / Assistant Manager

  • Oversee the ground operations of one or more of our branches in Hong Kong covering cost and resource planning, quality food and service delivery, staff supervision and training, and housekeeping administration, in tune with the corporate branding and business strategy.

Requirements :

  • Diploma holder in a relevant discipline with 8 or more years of relevant experience at supervisory level (candidates with lower qualifications but exceptional service record may also apply)
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Quality-and-service-oriented, strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good in Hygiene knowledge
  • Good commands of both spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
