Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets;
  • Prepare sales report and action plans for continuous growth of sales;
  • Motivate and develop the team to provide best service to customers;
  • Expand customers' base and maintain strong and long-term customers' rapport;
  • Oversee daily shop operations for proper inventory management and product mix;
  • Ensure the shop environment is always in high standard, both window and in-store displays are in accordance with brand's standard.


Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in fashion retail industry;
  • Strong in sales management, leadership and people management skills;
  • Able to lead and drive performance and customer service;
  • Highly flexible with capability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Good delegation and problem solving skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager.
