Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Manage boutique stores
• Drive and exceed individual and store targets
• Source for new sales opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Lead and supervise frontline staff, conduct briefing sessions on company procedures and policies
• Ensure good presentation of merchandise display to reach our brand image.
• Evaluate sales and work performance of frontline staff
• Ensure frontline staff are well trained in their service delivery, sales technique, and product knowledge
• Assist in daily retail operations

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• A highly motivated person who is sales-driven and result orientated
• Team player
• At least 1 year experience
