Shop Manager

Job Duties:

  • Plan, develop and implement training activities for Part-Time / Full-Time staff including induction, staff training, refresher training and soft-skill training;
  • Conduct regular staff briefings and on-site patrolling to keep the staff service quality, venue quality of our shops are up to the required standard
  • Review and update the operational workflow/manuals
  • Work with marketing department such as update the client feedback and how to improve shops sales, formulation and execution of company policy, workflow and procedures
  • Consolidate regular quality assurance reports for management’s review
  • Update and maintain the staff compliment and complaint records

Job Requirements: 

  • 2 years of working experience in operations/training at supervisory level 
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Retails Operation Supervisor
