Shop Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

  • Maximize the sales turnover and profitability of the store
  • Manage the overall quality of sales staff in store (e.g. admin. and personnel aspects)
  • Provide up-to-date sales and management reports to immediate supervisor
  • On-the-job training to staff
  • Well coordinate in store product display
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Store Manager

 

Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • 4 years or above experiences in supervisory level
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Proactive, Independent, Good team leader
  • Willing to work under pressure
