Shop Supervisor (Location: Tseung Kwan O)

  • Responsible for daily store operations and provide excellent customer services
  • Work closely with Retail Operation Manager to develop strategies and initiatives for store operations and sales management
  • Manage the daily store operations in compliance with the standard operating procedure
  • Monitor and review target stock level based on customer’s needs and buying trends and suggest solutions to increase sales
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Contribute marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich customer database, be aware of latest customers’ behaviors and trends
  • Effectively motivate and lead the team to achieve optimum sales results by goal-setting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talents to meet the business’ needs


  • Diploma holder or related discipline
  • With 2 years of Store Management experience (prefer in frozen or perishable foods industry)
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and with sensible marketing intelligence
  • Proven customer relationship management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Able to work independently and under high pressure
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Shop Manager
