Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general customers' enquiries
  • General administrative support  

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Good PC knowledge is an added advantage  

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shopping Centre Officer.
