Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet every external and internal customer/potential customer
  • Perform back-up and administrative tasks with sales
  • Assist Showroom Consultants with walk-in showroom customers
  • Maintain a professional, courteous attitude toward customers
  • Answer phone calls coming to showroom
  • Complete Showroom product and sales training as assigned
  • Assist with maintenance of product displays
  • Assist with activities that potentially will increase sales, including but not limited tomarketing activities
  • Keep the showroom neat and organized 

Requirements:

  • F.7 or higher diploma above
  • At least two years relevant experience
  • Effective interpersonal, customer service, communication, organization, administrative, and stress management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to create professional-looking documents and correspondence
  • Basic knowledge of Company products is needed
  • Strong PC skills with good command of MS-Word, MS-Excel
  • Valid driver’s license is an advantage
