Provide leadership in project management and in meeting project profit, safety, programme, environmental and quality objectives.
Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation and control of construction projects. • Review and approve subcontracts and material procurements.
Review and approve claim and variation order submissions.
To closely monitor the work progress of the project, sub-contractors' performance, and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of project.
Lead project team to ensure all works are complied with contractual requirement.
Attend regular project meetings and liaise with client's representative, consultants and sub-contractors.
Degree or above in Civil Engineering discipline
Holder of MHKIE/ MICE or equivalent
5 years post-prof qualification & Managerial level in Civil project
Experienced in managing full cycle of project development.
Experience in procuring and managing consultants, contract administration of large-scale projects.
