Site Agent / Sub Agent / General Foreman

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for site works planning and organizing

· Ensure quality of work, safety and timely completion of projects in a cost-effective manner

· Manage and supervise sub-contractors

· Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for progress of works

· Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Project director / Site Manager

Requirements:

· Higher Diploma or above in any Engineering disciplines

· At least 10 years’ solid experience in site supervision and project management. preferably in Hosing Project

· Holder of TCP Grade T1,T2 or T3 is highly preferable

· Self-motivated, proactive, systematic and able to work under pressure

· Independent, mature and good problem-solving skills

· Candidates with less qualification / experience will be considered as Sub Agent / General Foreman
