Site Agent

Job Description

  • Reporting to the Project Manager;
  • To plan, organize, direct and coordinate all activities and resources in the construction site in accordance with the agreed methods;
  • Responsible for managing and supervising the successful execution of works on site and liaising with senior project management for works implementation;
  • To coordinate with the government sectors, utilities, consultants, contractors and suppliers or all stakeholders of progress of works; 
  • To handle ad-hoc projects.

  Job Specification

  • Degree in any discipline related to Building Construction;
  • 15 years of working experience in Building Construction working in the capacity of site agent;
  • Strong management and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure;
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Cantonese; 
  • Immediate available or in short notice is highly preferred;
  • Working experience in ASD project is highly preferred.
