JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building, Structural Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 6 years solid and practical experience in project coordination and plus 2 years’ experience in leading site team(s) and taking major managerial position in project(s).

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction progress of the project on-site.
• Responsible for coordination works with architect, consultants and sub-contractors, and be able to handle contracts correspondence and resolve site problems  independently.
• Prepare and supervise all the needed documents properly throughout the project life cycle until the project closeout.
• Monitor and report project details to the project management, including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Define clear roles and responsibilities for scope and schedule to all the team members on site.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance
• Comply company safety standards and promote a positive safety culture in work.
