Site Supervisor (2-year Contract) 工程監督 (2年合約)

Duties

• Station on site in company premises for renovation and repairing work projects
• Monitor and supervise contractors’ work progress, workmanship, and safety compliance
• Report to Engineer / Senior Engineer regularly and on ad hoc issues
• Coordinate with users to work out proper project schedule and work arrangement
• Projects include offices and toilets renovation, waterproofing, driveway repair, metal work, etc.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Certificate of Building Studies or related disciplines in HKIC / CIC / VTC / IVE / PolyU, etc.
• 5 - 8 years’ relevant post-qualification work experience
• Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or Construction Safety
• Familiar with AutoCAD software is an advantage

職責

• 於公司內的工地現場監督裝修及維修工程
• 監督工程承辦商的施工進度、做工及安全標準
• 向工程師及高級工程師作定期匯報及知會特別事項
• 與部門及使用者協調及妥善規劃工程日程及施工安排
• 工程包括但不限於辦公室及洗手間裝修、防水工程、車路維修、鋼鐵工程

入職要求

• 持有建築學相關文憑、高級證書或同等學歷 (由香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 職業訓練局 / 香港專業教育學院 / 香港理工大學等認可機構頒發)
• 取得資格後5 - 8年的相關工作經驗
• 持有職業安全與健康或建築安全之學位、証書或文憑
• 能熟悉使用電腦輔助設計繪圖 (AutoCAD) 將獲優先考慮
