Site Supervisor/ Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• To monitor and control site progress, supervise overall site activities and work in conjunction with consultants and contractors in completing the projects with high quality and within planned schedule and budget;
• To ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirement;
• Handle various documents for A&A Works / Renovation / Minor Works independently;
• Manage defects rectifications and improvement works of completed projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
• More than 5 years proven experience in Fitting-out projects
• Capable to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Solid management experience of projects to manage and deliver project on time.
• Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work and contractual documents
• Proven technical understanding and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / MS Word / MS Excel / MS Project / PowerPoint applications.
